![]() ![]() Residents are not to place signs or other decorations on street trees. Township residents who receive street trees will receive written instructions for caring for newly planted trees. All considerations are taken into account for whether a tree can be planted and if so what species would be best. Thereafter, the Township Arborist will inspect the site to determine if it is suitable for a shade tree. Property owners who would like to have a tree planted in the right-of-way on their property should contact the Township Arborist at 61 or fill out the request form. A priority of the Shade Tree Commission is to replace trees that have been removed along Township streets.
